It provides the massive appearance of wrought iron but weighs a fraction of the amount, putting significantly less wear-and-tear on your automated electrical motors. Most importantly, aluminum will never rust.
• Wrought Iron Repair: If your existing steel gate has rusted hinges, broken pickets, or has been damaged by a vehicle impact, our mobile welding team will respond. We cut out the oxidized metal, weld in fresh, heavy-duty steel, and re-balance the gate on sealed bearing hinges for a perfectly smooth swing.

The Fabrication & Powder Coating Process

Raw steel left exposed in Florida will begin to rust within 24 hours. Liquid spray paint is a temporary bandage that quickly flakes off under intense UV rays and humidity.

This is why we require professional Powder Coating for all exterior ironwork we fabricate. Once your gate or railing is fully welded in our shop, it is entirely sandblasted to raw white metal. Next, a dry, electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto the steel. Finally, the piece is baked in a massive industrial oven at 400°F. This melts the powder into a thick, impenetrable, UV-resistant shell that outlasts traditional liquid paint by a decade.
